How long until my order ships? Every item is printed when you order it. Printing takes about 3–5 business days, then shipping takes about 3–7 business days in the US. Faster than a bed opening up on a full-moon Friday. US Standard shipping is $4.95 for the first tee plus $2.40 for each additional tee, and the exact total shows at checkout. No Express option right now.
Do you ship outside the US? Right now, US only. We're working on it. Unlike your staffing ratio, this will actually improve.
How do the shirts fit? Unisex classic fit. Most people order their usual size. Want it fitted? Size down. Want it to feel like a blanket at 4AM? Size up. Check the Size Guide for exact measurements.
Can I return it if it doesn't fit? Since each item is printed just for you, we can't take returns for size or change-of-mind. If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, we'll replace it free. Details in Shipping & Returns.
My order arrived damaged / wrong. Now what? Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement. No forms in triplicate, no "per policy."
Can I change or cancel my order? Email us ASAP. If it hasn't gone to print yet, we can usually change or cancel it. After that, it's already on the press, like a med pass you can't un-pass.
How do I wash it? Cold water, inside out, tumble dry low. Don't iron the print. Unlike your scrubs, it doesn't need to be autoclaved.
Do you do bulk orders for my unit? Yes, and we love a unit that coordinates its vibes. Email us with your quantity and design, and we'll sort out a group discount.
Can I wear this at work? Depends on your dress code and how much your manager enjoys jokes. We take no responsibility for HR.
